No smile, no good evening sir, no social distancing, no menu options, no service at all. This establishment has not got the message regarding service despite numerous reviews highlighting the lack of it. I had to ask for water on four occasions. The waitress just sat behind the counter waiting for customers to put their hands up. When new customers arrived they were all placed in the same line next to the sushi train, rather than being spread out. The sushi plates had been on the train for hours and quality was poor. The few hot options were cold. Plates are priced $3.50, $4.50 and $7.50, and all look very similar in design. This is a very below average sushi train with no service.
I ordered from Hero Sushi Via UberEats the food was delivered and the items were nothing like those I had ordered it's like they stapled my order to the side of the bag and just put whatever they liked into the bag. I had ordered Black rice Salmon and Avocado sushi (3 pieces) Fried Vegetables (2 pieces) Vege Gyoza Bottle of sparking mineral water I got Black rice avocado and some dry pieces of chicken schnitzel A tray of salmon pieces garnished with green plastic Gyoza (they may have been vegetable but it was hard to tell if they were meat free to be honest I did see a corn kernel in one of them) I did get the sparking mineral water Just don't bother!
Menu has vegetarian items listed, but none were actually available. The only server working was inattentive and rushing around, so I felt like I was inconveniencing him when I flagged him down to order tea. I was starving, but kept hoping vegetarian rolls would appear on the conveyer. When none did, I finally flagged the waiter down again and ordered avocado rolls. The chef made them, then just left them on her prep counter and moved on to something else. I sat there, looking at the rolls I had ordered sitting on the other side of the conveyer belt, forgotten. I ultimately left, furious and starving. Don't go here.
I have visited this restaurant for the second time around 2pm and was informed that the kitchen was closed, and I couldn't order anything as the food train was almost empty. It seems they prefer customers to order through Deliveroo instead of dining in. This feels like a deceitful strategy to lure customers in only to sell them leftovers from the train. They should put up a sign at the door to prevent customers from wasting their time and money on drinks only to leave without a meal.

No service given at all. No offer of a drink, no offers to order off the menu. Food was very poor, not very fresh or tasty. The only time we got any attention was when we got up to leave and then we got a very abrupt rude do you want the bill then no one would even serve us to pay. Seems very lackluster and staff aren 't happy and don 't want to be there. Don 't waste your money.
I would give this restaurant no stars if I could! The server was sick, with a runny nose and a cough, and was eating while working. Her mask was frequently down, and I saw her blow her nose without washing or sanitizing her hands afterward. This made me feel very unwell. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
very little variety of food on the sushi train. No offer from staff for a drink. The spring rolls and money bags were soggy, not at all warm they seemed like they had been cooked hours ago. The sushi was not cold and there was plate after plate after plate of the same thing. Wont be going back
We visited your restaurant on Sunday, May 30th at 4:50 pm. Unfortunately, we were met with rude and unfriendly service from the wait staff. Our server was constantly on her phone and the table she showed us to was dirty. Additionally, the water glasses she gave us were not clean.

Delicious sushi and such a good selection! Friendly service and more than happy to make up something of you don’t see any thing you like on the train.. although that would unlikely. We will definitely be back! Yum!
Best Sushi in Canberra regarding taste and value .. I tried a couple of other sushi restaurants but they were expensive with less quality of flavour. I visit them almost every month
