Fine pastries, excellent icecream and really good coffee in a very nice environment in the centre of a beautiful city. When being in Baden you just have to go there and enjoy their services. During the warm season you can sit outside, enjoy scenery of...the central square of Baden. PS: you can easily burn the many calories you will take in at Herwig Gasser by taking an extensive walk across the Kurpark afterwards... ;

A true gem in the Baden area or far from the home of Beethoven where he compasses most of his most famous work. Great hot drinks and an assortment of famous pastries, very exclusive but priced really well. Great staff and prompt service! Average spend...is around €14 Sit down and take out and has credit card option which makes it very easy A must visit, not far from Vienna

ONE of the best handmade cakes and sweets I have ever eaten. It is very nice to visit specially in the summer when you can seat outside in a calm inner courtyard with big sunshades. Also worth mentioning is that you can watch the bakers...during their work! Of course this has his Price! It is a little bit expensive! But it is worth

On a coach trip to Austria, the guide recommended this cafe as having the best cakes in Baden, she was not wrong. My wife and I shared a strudel and a chocolate cake, both exquisite. We had a coffee and hot chocolate, both good. The...cost €15.70 which was very fair. Recommended

I was in great hurry but the waiters have managed to serve me. The soup was very delicious as well as hot sandwiches.
