Only the Heval Grill is recommended in Schmalkalden! ... Everything else in Schmalkalden is just shabby fare at best!!! Unfortunately, the food on my last two orders was not good at all—it was overly salty and burnt. However, that is not the only reason for my low rating. What disappointed me even more was your staff's behavior toward my partner when he tried to buy food from you one day. He was treated rudely, abruptly, and anything but friendly. Hello...I personally thought the place was great, but one day I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with a Coke. If it wasn't, I'm sorry. I didn't get my Coke, though. Also, the staff wasn't particularly polite, which I can understand. But even though they're busy, they could treat customers a bit more kindly.
Food Doner kebab plate: Not tasty at all. The fries taste like ass, the meat is horribly germy. The best of the doner kebab plates came without any sauce at all great. If I were you, I wouldn't order from here.
