I used to love this hibachi restaurant, but after experiencing some issues with my orders, I will never return. I started ordering the double steak and large rice combo, only to realize I was being charged extra for the steak instead of receiving a combo price. The rice was also not always cooked thoroughly, with chunks of white rice sometimes appearing on my plate. On one occasion, I received a plate with raw meat, which I had never experienced before. When I called to address this issue, I was told that they cook all steaks medium-well, even though I had been ordering well-done steaks. I was offered a remake of my meal, but I declined as I was not interested in a second round of disappoint...
I ordered dinner through Uber Eats—two salad entrees (one with 3 servings of steak, the other with 2 servings of chicken and 1 serving of steak). The problem was the bag was soaked with meat juices, all the containers were wet, and the steak portion was definitely less than 3 servings. They really need to improve their packaging and customer service. I called to request more steak, but there was no sincere apology. I had to wipe everything down and transfer it to another bag since the original bag was poor quality. This feels like the "pandemic era"—you pay more and get less!
The food at this restaurant is flavorless, and there is an excess of rice in the dishes. The yum yum sauce is thin and has a taste similar to honey mustard. Additionally, the service was very poor; a young woman with black hair who took my order became rude when I questioned why other customers who ordered after me received their food first. It took almost 20 minutes for my one chicken and shrimp plate to be served. As I was leaving, the same woman began mocking me to the kitchen staff. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning, especially if she is working.
Food was tasteful, just a bit too sweet. Carrots and yumyum sauce taste extra sweet. Some mushrooms looked/tasted old, I was able to pick them out. However, I am not likely to return. When ordering two similar items, I was charges $2 extra for carrots in one meal but not the other. The difference one had mushrooms and carrots the other had zucchini and carrots. Cashier was unable to explain the extra charge on one meal.

Food was ok. They sure give you a lot of rice. I ate the seafood they served over the rice and still had three servings of rice leftover. I used the rice leftover and cooked my own Hibachi at home a couple of days later.Parking: Unless you get lucky and get one of the two parking spots in front, you'll have to park in the McDonald's parking lot next door nd walk a few steps to the Habachi restaurant
Fantastic experience with mouthwatering food! The service was truly outstanding, and the flavors exceeded our expectations. I had the dumplings and the chicken and shrimp combo, while my boyfriend enjoyed the steak and chicken. We were both amazed by the quality and taste. Absolutely delicious, and we'll definitely be returning! Food: 5/5
By far, it is one of the best hibachi restaurants in the area. The food is amazing. The service is great. The location is a little difficult to navigate as it sits right beside a gas station, but it is definitely worth it.Food: 5/5
The food at Hibachi Express is fantastic. The interior is spotless and beautifully decorated with lovely plants. The staff provide exceptional service, being both friendly and attentive.
