It is one of the colder days in Texas. We'd just come from a hot soup lunch. On our way to Farmersville, we drove by Hibbitts. What could be better on a really cold day than ice cream? What a variety. The owner was perfecting his waffle cone recipe. He makes the cone right there on the premises. The ice cream was tasty. The service was excellent. No complaints here. Guaranteed no ad hominem attack on a fellow American sharing his ideas and beliefs-whether I agree or not. Thanks for keeping an old-school ice cream business alive Hibbits.
Hard Pass!!! I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally decided with a few days of warmer weather to try it. Was not impressed at all. Ice cream and cones are fine, but not worth the price. Can gat the same taste and more from store bought ice cream. But glad I figure that out before taking visiting family there. Also, the woman that works there seems to not be happy with life and had this sour face on the whole time we where there. She should not be in a customer facing job.
Their flavors are absolutely delicious. I didn't even consider a review until I saw someone else's review where they rated 1 star simply because of an EPIC window art of their political view. They didn't even try the ice cream. I just wanted to balance out the ratings since they have no say in the quality of this place. Go get their ice cream. Its fantastic. And remember, Let's go Brandon!!!!
I don 't eat ice cream, I 've never been a fan of it. But this place gets a five star due to being a welcome home feeling. The gentleman who assisted was friendly and attentive to what my son wanted. They have 'Adult Flavors ' and a regular list that is almost tempting for me. Definitely a must try if your passing through this town.

The ice cream was so delicious. And me and my husband just sat there for hours but my aunt and uncle just talking. The ice cream was good the atmosphere was really good. A really fun place to go. And I loved their baseball theme

Wonderful ice cream! I had the bourbon brownie and couldn't stop eating it until I was done. Definitely repeat customers
