Visited on 7/22 , it was a Friday evening. They had west Indian/Caribbean music and a dj. Got to the hostess and she asked if we had reservations... Reservations!!! Their website clearly states no reservations. Anys she said they had a table for 2 inside. Reluctantly, we took the inside seating. The inside felt icky and sticky..... A good wipe down with bleach would help thesituation. As previous reviews, the wait staff is slow and not in a rush... We ordered 2 appetizers ... Coconut Shrimp (5pieces) and some Kung Pao calamari. We went today (4th of July). It was 8 of us my parents, aunt, uncle my husband and our two young kids. Service was excellent. Gianni was our waiter and he was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure to arrange a table with shade to accommodate us. We each had entrees seafood linguine, rack of lamb, jerk chicken fried rice, flounder, seafood broil, and chicken fingers and fries for the kids. Everything was delicious! Usually I domt expect much from these places on the water, in terms of food but we were presently surprised.
This is a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy some drinks, and soak in the live music! The seafood was fresh, and the lamb was quite delightful. However, the service left much to be desired. It took 15 minutes for a waiter to approach our table to take our drink orders, and we often had to hunt down a waiter to get their attention for any requests. If the service had been more attentive, I would have given this place four stars. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for a Saturday night.
decided to visit this place on Sunday with my girlfriend and I must say we loved it! Evelyn was our bartender and she made the best drinks for us. I decided to try the rum punch that was one of the best I ever had. We ordered the plantain chips that were also great, especially the sauce and for Entrees I got the lamb cups and they got the fried Snapper. Everything was delicious and I will define that I return here. The outer bar can be a bit crazy, so I suggest going to drinks first!

I went there for dinner yesterday with my fiancé, and we ordered five appetizers along with some lamb chops. Our waiter was fantastic—very warm and attentive. Unfortunately, after we got home, things took a turn for the worse. Both of us experienced vomiting and diarrhea. I'm not sure what went wrong in the kitchen, but now I'm stuck in bed and unable to go to work because of my stomach issues. We spent over $200 on food, and now I've lost a day's pay due to this.
Big burgers, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for? My husband, our baby, and I had a wonderful time. The owner noticed I was feeding my baby and kindly offered to wash the baby bowl once he was done eating. This thoughtful gesture really went the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers.
Great food, Great Service, Ribs were delicious and I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium and it was so nicely served and juicy?? Our waitress Julia, was very kind and attentive. Totally recommend visiting their patio on the water was a plus.

Went to Hibiscus a couple of weeks ago. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. The person that made it even more enjoyable was our server Reece. I would give him a 10 out of 10 all around. The food was delicious. And a great DJ.
