We ordered a very large order for our office, when we arrived to pick up the cashier Katy had an attitude when we asked if she packed BBQ sauce she replied with I think so then got upset when we asked for extra just in case. then when we got all the way back to the office we realized they forgot one whole meal. when we called to tell them, Katy argued back and forth that she packed it and therefore it could not be missing. when we went to pick up the order she still argued back and forth before finally giving us the missing order. when I asked to speak to a manager Katy said she was the only manager there and would only give me the restaurant number when i asked to speak to whoever was above...
What a horrible place. The two latinas working inside were talking smack the entire time in Spanish not knowing I too speak Spanish. The lady ahead of me had plenty of hostile attitude because I was rung up on the register. They missed half of our order. The words the staff said between themselves shouldn't be said, but once I asked for a pen in Spanish they shaped up and acted professional real quick. The fries that were delayed were cooked in extremely inedible oil and grease. The Cole slaw and a third of the order of meat was missing despite me asking three times in English and Spanish that everything was present. What a garbage place. Do not go here. The food is either raw or undercooked...
Well I can 't talk about the food cause I didn 't get a chance to eat it. Since I waited in line and for someone to respond to us. But not knowing how this place work since being the first time I was going to eat here. No one said a word to us when walking in. Apparently it not about the customer the atmosphere was not pleasant. So if your wanting to spend ur money and not have to worry this is not the place. Cause it take two seconds say hi and how can I help you. also simply just wanted to order . One of my favorite BBQ places in Houston! My go-to order is the rib plate with mac and cheese and corn. The meat is always so tender and their BBQ sauce is one of the best BBQ sauces I’ve tasted! It’s not too sweet or too tangy. The other reviews are right about this place being around for a long time. My family has been going here for over 30 years since I was a child, and we always come back at least once a year! Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I went to this restaurant for the first time I order bake potato with dry beef on the side. When I got home I had beef with sauce called back the lady was very rude and said I should have check my food the person that toke my order didn't speak English the lady refuse to give me her name when I ask for management. I work and was on lunch and I couldn't go back right then she said I should have check it before I left. I will never go back again.
During our visit my fiance and I overall enjoyed the experience and the food was great and savory highly recommended if in the area an in the mood for good BBQ sandwich and loaded baked potato's this place is definitely a gem!
Bbq was Ok, the brisket was tender but not much flavor, the sausage link was good and had big taste. The beans tasted almost pickled or vinegary, not sure if would be back.
They close before 9pm. Don’t set any hours if you’re going to close before your set hours.
