Hickory House Bbq Grill

I'll start by saying the ribs tasted good. The line cook seemed to be the only one that kept his area clean and organized. I would not have eaten here if I had looked around before hand though. Everything about this place was unsanitary. The bathrooms are through the kitchen and you get a real look at the disgusting state of things. Buckets of foul smelling brown water. Flies everywhere , scooping ice with their bare hands. The prep kitchen was super dark. You could tell that the staff did not get along with each other, bickering in the dining room. Making comments how each other are worthless. Will not be back.

I stopped here because I wanted some BBQ, and I was close by at the time. Time has not been good to this place. It looks rundown, service is slow, and the Rib plate was more like rib pieces.

First time trying this place and last. Didn't smell nor see any smoke from a BBQ grill. Im not sure what kind of bbqing going on but it wasn't what I expected.

Great food it will not disappoint. Is one of those places that is a hidden gem!
