We were regular customer but will never return again. We called to make reservations for new year's eve. We were told they close sharply at 9PM so either be early or on time. We arrived arrived early as instructed and were made to wait an hour. The hostest took in some friends/family who just walked in and sat them before us although she knew we were already waiting for some time. The cook was in some kind of a rush and set the grill to a high temperature to speed up the cooking. He burnt all of our food instead, even though we warned him he was burning the food. I dined here with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. The service was slow, and the chef seemed to be unwell, repeatedly coughing without covering his mouth. It was quite off-putting, and we actually had to ask him to cover his mouth when he coughed, which he responded to with a laugh, treating it like a joke. He was coughing directly at our table and our food. When we brought this up to management, they made excuses for his behavior. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.

Not a pleasant experience. The waitress was very slow and missing in action. The chef had good intentions and attitude but he put way too much soy sauce in everything and made the food too salty. Also, the order in which he plated was completely off. Lastly, the vent hood didn’t work properly and we all smell like hibachi. As a result, I’ll have to take my coat to the dry cleaners and wash all my clothes ASAP. Not to mention I’m taking a shower once I get home. Price wise, it was very expensive for the quality of food you get.

Food was very good was service was not great. I was with a big group of people, seemed it was too much for the waitress to handle. They kept forgetting food and drinks for several people at the table. Multiple different waitresses trying to handle our table. Chef was great, did an amazing job. Maybe service would be better if I was not in a big group? I sure hope so Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been visiting this restaurant for some time, but it appears they've changed ownership recently, as I've noticed a decrease in portion sizes. Additionally, the salad is served ice cold. I'm unsure if I will come back, as it seems like the staff changes every time I'm here.

Excellent service and the hibachi experience delivers everything you expect in terms of quality and entertainment. I've visited this restaurant multiple times, both with my family and just my wife, and it has never let us down!
