Disappointing service unwelcoming and inflexible We visited this coffee shop today and unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. I ordered a cortado and asked if I could add an extra shot of espresso a standard request at most coffee shops. The barista refused, saying as professionals we don 't do that and insisted I would have to order a flat white instead. When I explained that adding an extra shot is normal and I 've never had anyone complain about this request, she continued to be dismissive and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Me encantó descubrir este lugar. Tiene una atmósfera muy agradable, ideal tanto para relajarse como para quedar con amigos. El servicio fue impecable, con un trato atento y cordial en todo momento. La calidad del café es excelente y se aprecia el cuidado que ponen en cada preparación. Todo estaba muy bien presentado y el espacio transmite una sensación de confort y buen gusto. Uno de esos locales que no aceptan efectivo por seguridad y se sorprenden que te siente mal después de esperar en cola 10 min para que te atiendan, pero esperan un 15% de propina por acerte un corazoncito en el café. Pongan un cartel fuera diciendo que no aceptan efectivo o cumplan la ley según Ley 11/2021, Real Decreto-ley 24/2021, cuyo artículo 82.4, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, artículo 47
I highly recommend Hidden Coffee Roasters! I bought their Guacamaya beans and the quality is outstanding. It has a beautiful, rich flavor profile. A must visit place for great coffee beans!

This is definitely my favorite coffee spot in Barcelona. The coffee is amazing. Personal is really friendly and kind. Space is bit small but really clean, comfy and nice.
Super tasty Myanmar espresso and Colombia flat white. We also took iced coffee that is chilled batch brew, it was delicate, sweet, good acidity and gentle.
Loving that place. I visit each time I’m in Barcelona and I take a pack of coffee (this time: Bundi for V60) home with me. It never disappoints.
Excellent little coffee shop in el Born. Proprietary roasts, superior crema on the drinks, and a bit of Barcelona spunk as a lagniappe.

Service is very, very rude. The ladies don’t have any manners. They look in new from up to down for no reason.
Had an amazing Cortado and croissant, definitely worth a visit.
