My wife and I made a reservation for the omakase at this restaurant. Our experience was fantastic and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. Our chef, Steven, and server, Joshua, took great care of us. We decided to have a bottle of sake with our omakase, which paired perfectly with each course. Every dish that the chef prepared was amazing and delicious. We enjoyed every single course, and even ordered extra at the end. The omakase may be expensive, but it is definitely worth it. This restaurant offers an amazing omakase experience! I discovered this place on a website listing omakase restaurants in San Diego while planning a trip. They had 3 different seating times to choose from. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean with proper sanitation measures in place for COVID-19 safety. The price was on the higher end, but definitely worth it. After enjoying the 18-course omakase, guests have the option to order additional items. They also offer a variety of sakes and tasting options.
