Having been to many excellent restaurants over the years this meal showed particular glimpses of what may be a bright future. A couple of the dishes were of high quality (smoked carrot cucumber buttermilk) however we felt the falafel dish lacked finesse and quality. The service sadly does not give the chef justice in what they are trying to accomplish with their food. In order to gain that Michelin star the service will need vast improvement. We were served by two front of house staff members during the meal.
