We first went to the sugar factory to eat with our children then we decided to go bowling afterwards. Worst decision of our trip was to go to High Rollers. At first, our waitress came to us and asked what we would like to eat and drink. Because we already ate we had just requested drinks. Our waitress immediately seemed upset that we were not getting any food. She then became very disgusted and annoyed with our party. Our children were given a rubber duck at Sugar Factory that they were playing with at High Rollers. The waitress told the manager that the kids were playing with the rubber duck. I went on 02/19/22 at around 2:30 PM. At first the waiter was on top of things, and I really do mean at first, the first 15 minutes. He introduced himself and stated, “ I’ll be with you guys for the full two hours and will replace the food as you go.” He followed it by being nowhere to be found for the remaining 1:45 minutes. Also got our drink order wrong but didn’t mention it, fully regret that now since he was awol for the rest of the time. Go to holiday lanes and save the extra money for the casino, dinner or shopping. Two stars for the cool atmosphere.
Had a great time attending my soon to be brother in laws bachelor party there. Service was excellent in a fun filled environment that even though there was a lot of people in the place we were still able to have an intimate private experience amongst our group in celebration of a great couples upcoming big day.Highly recommend to those going to the casino as a group!!!!
My partner and I enjoyed a dinner in the lounge for a date night. We arrived just an hour after the restaurant opened and it was fairly quiet, with some locals playing board games. The wings were delicious and the mac and cheese had a fun twist to it. We were unable to play any of the games this time, but we are looking forward to coming back again.

The service from the waitstaff and manager was unfriendly. The food was below average and there is no menu specifically for children. Not a suitable place for families with kids, as even simple requests like a small bowl of pasta with butter resulted in a $10 charge. This restaurant, located at a bowling alley, may not be kid-friendly.
Hidden gem on the lower level1. Extremely clean2. Beautiful layout with a large seating area3. Delicious drinks4. Menu is better than some traditional restaurants in the area5. Bowling is a bit pricey, but the lounge is a great spot to hang out with friends6. It's never overly crowded, a true hidden gem.
we had an amazing birthday party for 3 people with a party for 8. we have stuffed, we have eaten pizza, we had sangria and we had dessert and everything was fantastic. service was top notch of chanel. come to high rollers for everyone, if not just to fun!
I am thoroughly impressed with the wonderful staff. In specific a young girl Leanna started off my experience on such a great note with her positive interaction. I’m impressed with the hard work. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you.
