This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered two drinks and a warmed muffin, but I wasn't given a price at the speaker. When I arrived at the window, they asked me what I had ordered again. I repeated my order, and they overcharged me; the drinks were supposed to be $2.50 each, but they were charging me $4.50 each instead. When I finally got my muffin, it was cold, even after I requested it be warmed three times. To make matters worse, the drinks were incorrect. It took four staff members to understand what the issues were, and in the end, I just asked them to forget the order and requested a refund. I've spent hours studying and reading here, enjoying their fantastic playlists or indulging in one of their incredibly creative monthly specials (which you can request year-round—just mention the name! The Churro Latte is my personal favorite). They support local artists, maintain a clean and cozy atmosphere, and deserve every bit of success. Don’t forget to grab a window seat or step outside to admire the ducks and fountain next door, along with the beautiful sky!
My partner said her coffee was delicious while I had an excellent London Fog. The tea appeared to be loose then placed into a sachet for my cup, not pre bagged. Overall, a very tasty drink with just the right amount of bergamot to my liking. We'll visitagain the next time we're in the area.
