Highland Grill And Pizzeria

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel the need to share my recent experience at this restaurant. I live a few cities away and received a menu in my mailbox a few months ago. While my first order was fine, the quality of the food has declined over my last three orders. Tonight, I ordered a Greek salad without tomatoes, but received a salad with two slices of tomato and no feta cheese. When I called to address the issue, I was told that the Greek salad only comes with feta when requested. I explained that it's supposed to come with feta and they simply forgot it. They won't get your order correct if you order online. Period. They charge $20 for a cheeseburger that will look great when it shows up but if you wanted to hold the pickles, or tomatoes or lettuce, etc. Then don't count on receiving what you paid for. My husband works hard as a restaurant chef and so I HATE to Karen' on food orders but make sure that you call directly if you want to order food from Highland Grill because the communication, at least with online ordering is frustrating and not worth the extremely high prices. Decent food for a good price, but they do not follow their own policy. When ordering delivery on their own website, it clearly started that if you ask for no contact delivery, that they will text you when your order arrives. I received no text and nobody even rang the doorbell so my food was cold before I realized it had arrived. Thanks guys.

My most recent visit to this restaurant was terrible. I had to wait for 20 minutes to receive my order, which was already prepared and ready, because the front desk lady was busy taking phone calls. I left feeling very disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

The steak and cheese had the potential to be a 5/5. The steak and bread were spot on, but the cheese was lacking. They also substituted pickles for banana peppers, which are very different. The devil is in the details!

It is good food but base line cheap in ways like no garlic bread with pastas or lack of napkins and plastic utensils everytime but food is good quality as long as that doesn’t go down it’s good place.

Good food, nice friendly staff. Food is average, but they don't quite pull it off like EasyPie used to. They kept alot of the menu the same after EasyPie moved out, but it's just not quite the same.

the big mac pizza is absolutely phenomenal. please do everything they can to make deliveries through the 3rd party delivery services happen!
