I had an excellent takeout dinner from Ample. The food was fantastic, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The flavors were spot on, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The service was also outstanding, with quick and friendly staff who made the ordering process a breeze. The atmosphere, while not directly experienced due to the takeout, felt average, hence the 3 out of 5. Overall, a great value for the quality of food and service!
My best friend suggested this restaurant to me, and I really enjoyed it for a while. However, my last three takeout orders have been quite disappointing. The food was excessively salty; I could barely manage more than a spoonful. For my most recent order, which was steak and onions, not only was it way too salty, but it was also burnt. The meat was tough and overcooked. Overall, I'm very disappointed and won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. I need to look for another Dominican restaurant.
Placed an order over the phone, arrived to pick up my food and was told by the lady that she forgot and she now has no more food to give me while laughing. Absolutely disgusting behavior and attitude. No other customers inside for something like this to have happened But maybe now I see why this place is dead and undeserving of anyone’s business. We made the drive from Valley Stream to dine at this restaurant, and I would gladly do it again! The food was amazing, the service was warm and welcoming, and the prices were quite reasonable. We had a wonderful family special that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional! There's always a wonderful variety of options available. Everything is consistently fresh and bursting with flavor. This is definitely our favorite Dominican restaurant!
I hired them for my son's birthday party last weekend, and I received many compliments on their pernil and rice. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional!
This is a very nice place. I especially love the Sancocho. They also offer shrimp empanadas, which are fantastic. I highly recommend it!
