If you have a pulse and enjoy Ramen, you need to try Higuma!!Noodles cooked to bear perfection, broth that soothes your throat, ingredients that provide valued nutrition and venue that captures Japan! Higuma is a well-designed restaurant that crafts high-quality Ramen. Compliments to the chef! This was my second time going. I got the Spicy Garlic (moderately spicy for spice-lovers)! It was absolutely delicious! It came with 2 different types of noodles, which at first glance is thought-provoking but I enjoyed the combination of wavy and straight noodles. The beef soaked in the broth and amped up the tastiness! It comes with 2 eggs, which is unheard of since a lot of Ramen dishes I've tried on...

I 've had better ramen. We started with the veggie gyoza which were crispy and had good flavor. Our friends ordered the scallop ponzu butter which we did not try, but they reported to be very fishy. I got the shoyu ramen in which the pork tasted very porky as if it was old. My husband loved his spicy garlic ramen though in which he substituted with chicken. We have not found too many places that serve chicken ramen so we appreciated that. The menu is very diverse and if I were to come back, I would probably try a plate or rice bowl.

Not an establishment I felt welcomed in. I would not come back because of the cold feeling in the environment and lack of customer service. The lady who seats guest never smiled or gave a friendly greeting. I repeatedly heard her offer several other patrons if the needed water or anything else. She nor my server never checked on me to see if I needed anything at all. I give them credit the Ramen was delicious. I felt the $15 price for a bowl of Ramen with poor service is not warranted for my hard earned money. ??‍

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is laid-back. The spicy edamame was very enjoyable. I ordered the vegetarian ramen as my main dish, but I wasn't a fan; it was too creamy for my taste. My boyfriend got the spicy pork ramen, and he really liked it. I would definitely return for the fun individual booths, which come equipped with charging stations, and the fact that the kitchen serves you directly. Reserva una mesa ahora

A delightful Ramen restaurant in Addison. After a day of overindulging in brisket, Higuma offered a fresh, healthy and light alternative. The atmosphere is inviting, the service is swift, and the food is the star of the show. The portions are large, the seasoning is just right, and the taste is exceptional. On my return list when I’m back in Addison.Highly recommended.

I had the kuro kuma (black bear ramen, spice level 3/5. It was great! The pork was delicious and with a good fat ratio. The eggs were the right consistency and had a really interesting, sweet flavor. The broth was creamy and savory. We also had the fried chicken skin appetizer and the cheesy corn appetizer, and both were delicious. This is my current top ramen place :

I ordered the Katsu curry during my visit, and I was really satisfied! My friends had three different types of ramen, and I tasted the broth from all of them—delicious! The atmosphere and theme of the restaurant are great, and there was almost no wait at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely go back!

This was the best ramen I've ever had! I ordered the Spicy Garlic Ramen, while my boyfriend chose the Garlic Tonkotsu and the Veggie Tempura. We drove all the way from Fort Worth, and it was absolutely worth it! I wish there was a location closer to us, but we'll definitely be making the trip again soon! Reserva una mesa ahora

Wow! I had the extra spicy ramen and and of Gyoza and it did not disappoint. Great portion size and if you're a fan of spicy like myself, get it at a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-5 spiciness. No long wait, good vibes, and a clean restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a delicious bowl of authentic Ramen!
