My family is visiting from out of town, and we always make it a point to stop by for delicious food and excellent service whenever we're nearby. The staff at Hillary's is fantastic, and Waukegan is full of wonderful people. Meal type: Dinner. Food: 5. Service: 5. Atmosphere: 5.
I don’t think it’s fair to give a rating since I arrived just a few minutes after 8 PM on a Friday (with a closing time of 9 PM) and it seemed like the restaurant had been closed for some time. I was really looking forward to trying it out, so I was quite disappointed.
I Love this place been eating here for 30yrs. I try to go every other week it's family ran and family feel. I do recommend for anyone new and old to the area once you have try the ribs no one else will ever do.

Delicious food and excellent service! I would rate the food a solid 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere gets a perfect 5 as well. Highly recommended!

Everyone loved the rib tips; they found them to be very tender and were not disappointed, especially since this was their first experience.
