They have expanded their vegan menu options, and although there was a mix-up with my order of "vegan nachos" that included cheese Doritos, the staff was very accommodating in correcting it. I suggest trying one of their non-vegan sandwiches but customizing it with different ingredients. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. Overall, I highly recommend Hillbillys for its diverse menu and great customer service.
