Hilton - Reserva de mesa

We had booked to stay at the other side of the complex, which is only apartments. However, after we found out the air-conditioner was not working, we ended up staying here in a family suite. The suite is fantastic: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a table, 3 TVs and a small fridge. Great for us, a couple with a 19 and 15-year-old. I have nothing to say about the room and how everything was nice and clean. Another important issue is that there is free parking at the hotel. Things that did not go so well: Regarding the transfer to the beach., there were always a lot of people, so we had to wait. I understand that they cannot take as many people now because of the Corona virus, but maybe...

Pros. V clean. Safe. Excellent quiet and dark rooms. Good breakfast. Food generally good. Adults pool q peaceful. Shuttle to marina. Friendly and helpful staff are excellent-such good customer service everywhere, especially when they were fighting their own systems or processes. Taxi to airport good value. Cons. Plenty of queuing-especially breakfast. Restaurant needed a more Varied menu. Perhaps a daily special even or a buffet in the evening. Pool bar service undermanned. Expensive drinks and snacks. 3 adults sharing 1 bedrooms apartment and its working out great! This apartment on the 2nd floor with a pool view has the benefit of having cooking facilities as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Good underground parking and free shuttle bus during the day to the dedicated beach area and in the evenings to Vilamoura marina. The staff, no matter their role are really pleasant and helpful. Delighted to recommend this Hilton Resort again

The 2 stars are for the food we’ve ate in the cave restaurant twice and both times the food has been bland under seasoned and not worth the money as for the room it’s ok for £1700 I suppose but I think next time I come I’ll hire a villa least that way I’ll get a sun bed Reserva una mesa ahora

Fantastic hotel/resort everything we wanted from our holiday.All staff very pleasant and helpful.Great location and shuttle service into Marina added bonus.Would definitely rreturn and recommend.

We liked our stay at Hilton Vilamoura. It was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was average and not too many vegan options available at the hotel’s restaurants.

We stayed at the Hilton with my husband. Breakfast was lovely as was the service. I recommend this place fully.

Nice setting and food is good, We had the set menu, choice of three starters, three main course and 2 desserts
