I was here for a conference the past weekend and stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. We were elated with about 95% of our stay. First of all, our guest room was humongous, with a sofa, a work desk, a king bed, two dressers, a K Cup machine, a sweet flat screen TV, and quite a bit of extra floor space. The bathroom was more than satisfactory, with good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Our room rate of $114 was excellent. I like this place. I really do. I always feel at ease and the staff is excellent. This is my second time here and our plan is to go to Relish Restaurant 4 miles away in uptown Philly. The whole east coast had freezing temperatures and it really wasn't a lot of people here. Fine with me. The stay was very quiet, and the staff was helpful. We had an issue with the heat. It was less than 20 degrees outside and the heat was blowing warm air. I called downstairs and they had someone come up within 5 minutes. Worst Hilton Garden. Huge difference between remodeling (without disclosing) and disgustingly dirty. The elevator hasn't seen any kind of cleaning in 2020. Upon arrival had to switch 3 rooms because the first two were obviously not clean. The bathtubs in all 3 rooms had soap scum in the tubs, hair and smelled atrocious. I was prepared to disinfect and sanitize regardless, but never like this. Spent $18 on cleaning supplies and almost 2 hours. The staff is LAZY and move in slow motion. My friends and I were there for a wedding and our stay was not quite met our expectation. Let me start out with no hhonors greeting (I am 100% sure that this hotel did not pass their QA inspection), gave the whole entire wedding guests wrong bags (we felt bad and returned back to the front desk), only one front desk clerk working, delayed check in and check out. Staff were not knowledgeable of the event, NOT friendly at all. EVERYTHING seemed very SLOW.

I've never been particularly fond of Hilton hotels, and after seeing some negative reviews, I entered with low expectations. However, this stay turned out to be the best Hilton experience I've had so far. The hotel was extremely quiet and impeccably clean. I would gladly return. If you visit the bar, make sure to chat with Judy about her previous jobs. I really enjoyed her stories, especially when she shared her experiences as a wrestler.
The staff here are friendly, and the front desk personnel are both efficient and professional. The rooms are typical for a Hilton Garden Inn, and importantly, they are clean. In summary, this hotel is not about the experience; if you’re seeking a romantic getaway, I recommend looking elsewhere. However, it serves its purpose well for business travel—functional and tidy.
bar at night barmaid doesn't know eagles are on at 7:30 even though it's a preseason game. all personnel should be aware of this since that's what people want to watch. ask for my check she leaves don't know where she goes why can't she use the register at the bar no explanation ? you can tell she isn't familiar with bar protocol not a place you want to return to
I'm a diamond member of Hilton snd primarily stay at Hilton and Hilton Gardens. This hotel is clean, updated and has everything you would expect from a Hilton Garden. The breakfast staff was nice and the food was cooked well (had an omelet for breakfast). The lobby is nice and inviting as well. If I'm in the Philly area I will definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

Would have given 5 stars, but buyer beware... they set up breakfast like a continental (as if free and included with your room) and then don't advertise anywhere, or tell you, that it's actually not included. Out 36 bucks for a pretty avg breakfast for two. Otherwise the stay was great.
