I recently stayed here and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell that the hotel was not well kept. Stains on the carpet, strange smells lingering in the air, and a general feeling of neglect were all too apparent. Upon checking into my room, things did not improve. The gym equipment was dated and broken, making it impossible to get a decent workout in. The pool area was a disaster, with visible mold on the door and an overall lack of cleanliness. I am very disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is run down. The walls and carpet have a bunch of stains all over them. The bathroom light was flickering. The tv in the living room was not working and the A/C in the room was not only very loud but it did not work. I informed the staff at the front desk and they acted like I was bothering them about my concerns. The evening staff in the front are not friendly their rude. If you ask a question they act like I am bothering them and they are doing me a favor if I need help. Location and Customer service were ok. HOWEVER, the couch in the room had blood stain, the comforter had a hole in it and we found hair on the bed. The hallway was dirty, with trash, plastic bad, and even a plunger was sitting in the hallway! The elevator was dirty. They switched us to a new room but bathtub grout was black and moldy, the toilet had black stain. The hot tub in the pool was out of order. The walls were thin, we couldn't sleep at night because the next door guests were flighting! The Keurig machine in the room did not work. I don't know where to stop. Very well kept rooms with the right amenities in place. Had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, along with a nice seating area separate from the bedroom. Cleaning service is available on daily basis, or upon request. The location is also great with nearby coffee shops and general stores like Walmart and shopping malls in close vicinity to the hotel.

Rooms felt dingy as soon as you walk in because of the lights in the room. I’m sure it is kept that way so you do not notice how dirty the floors are. Bathroom tub has rust built up which for me made me feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend or stay here again.
Rooms are kind of outdated. My biggest complaint was the smelly hallway on the third floor. Also feels like there are holes in the floor when walking on the carpet.
Free Breakfast was awesome as when we were there they did made to order omletes and brought them to your table.
This place is the standard Hilton. It could be better. It not bad, it just not great.
