On our way to Montrose, my friend and I decided to stop for lunch and try something new, leading us to Himalayan Pun Hill Kitchen. Initially, we were a bit puzzled by the multiple doors on the building, but we found our way in through the entrance marked clearly. We were the only guests at the time, and a polite young woman welcomed us quietly, seated us efficiently, and promptly took our order. After a brief mix-up with the menu where they didn’t have an item we ordered, a gentleman kindly informed us and provided a menu for a new selection. The wait for our food was reasonable, and the dishes were absolutely worth it. The flavors of the Aloo Paratha, Veggie Samosa, Chicken Sekuwa, and Chic...

The food was so good, I came back the next evening. Multiple vegetarian options! Service was quick too. I had a vegetable noodle soup, the Veggie Thukpa, the first night. Lots of vegetables and flavor. On the second night, I got the veggie dumplings and lentil soup. The mango lassi was delicious too. Great value. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Veggie Chow Chow, Veggie Thukpa, veggie momo dumplings and other dishes

I'm a big fan of Indian food but I'd never tried Nepalese food. Many of the menu items were familiar. I ordered the chicken korma and aloo achaar (pan fried potatoes with spices). Both were delicious. They did need salt though, but the flavors were exquisite. Definitely a place to try if you like Indian but want to try a slightly different flavor profile.

Update 6-28-24 Still Excellent food, subpar service, a little more attentiveness and friendliness would go a long way, maybe just the culture but a simple fix. We'll still come back regardless, the food is too good!

So glad we found this place ..it was awesome! Highly recommend!! On a side note..the employees (owners? have personalities that are on par with rocks. Emotionless ..zero smiles..just strange to me.
