Himmel Baden - Reservar una mesa

We've had cakes are a couple of times at Himmel and they've always been good and worth stopping in for. However, I've been put off going there by some of the staff who rudely correct customers very aggressively if you order in Hoch Deutsch instead of dialekt. It's mainly in the Konditeri rather than the waiting staff who are generally nice.

However, I have been very aggressive by some of the employees who rudely correct customers when ordering in high German instead of dialect. It is mainly in the Conditeri and not the waiting staff that are generally nice.

My friends and me got sick after eating one of their chocolate mousse cake! When I went back to protest, the customer service didn't even suggest a refund nor apologized! Careful, people!!

It is a nice place to go. Mostly if it is in a sunny day. The only problem is the combination of price (too expensive) and the service that are far from be good.

The variety of cakes and breads is just right to have a nice hearty breakfast. All very tasty and clean. Well presented.
