HinoMaru Ramen - Reservar una mesa

BEST ramen in town! Our server, Jay, provided excellent service, was very friendly. I got the Tonkatsu Shoyu w/ Honey-Glazed Gochujaru Ribs and it was amazing. The broth was rich and delicious. The ribs were super tender. I asked Jay for something spicy to add and he brought two suggestions, a chili oil and chili powder. My partner got the HinoMaru ramen and she was super pleased! It was our second time, and we'll definitely be back again (and again).

Standing Rammenplatz. We have Karaage, Mister and Nagoya wheels. The caarage was nice. Critical and juicy. It's a bit different from some other places, but I can't put my finger on it The two knights were pretty good. You were both chicken broth, so next time I could try a pig bone broth. The service was great and they were able to host the miso-Ramen without spices.

This must be one of the best rams in NYC. The pork slices are excellently delicate and tasteful. Tried the broth on its own without garlic oil and chili, then the rest tried on its own and then finally with the chili bomb. It is like a journey of aromas. The little details like have the sea weeds stuck on the bowl instead of soup. Very meritful of one star.

Great service from Ramen. Nice place, small, intimate. Had vegetarian rams and crispy cale. The kale melts in my mouth, slightly fried and sprinkled with parmesan and sauce. The vegetarian rams were good, many red ginger!! Simple green tea mochi ice cream dessert and sapporo beer!

The raven was just so tasteful!!! The portions are good. Big bowl! For the cold weather I recommend it totally!! Yummmmm!!!
