The wine selection at this restaurant was impressive, but the staff's attitude was a major turn-off for me. A large group of my family and friends came to consider a wine tasting during an event, and we encountered extremely rude treatment when we asked questions about the various wines available. We had intended to purchase several higher-end bottles as gifts for our family visiting from overseas, but the staff's unfriendliness ultimately led us to change our minds. Bringing our overseas family to this establishment was quite embarrassing given the poor customer service. While the wine selection is great and I’m sure others have had better experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere...

The selection of wines here is fantastic, and the staff is very knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. I recently joined the Wine Club, which provides two bottles of wine each month, along with notes that describe the brand and flavors. It’s incredibly convenient to have wine on hand, whether I need a quick gift for a host or just want to unwind with a glass. The charming in-town location adds to its cozy, welcoming atmosphere, making it feel unlike larger retailers. Plus, Patrick always has great suggestions!

I recently bought a 6-pack using a Groupon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wines. Good selection in a smaller room, even a decent selection of cigars. Pleasant people working there. I get the Ukrainian vodka quite regularly. Her sign says they give $5 to Ukraine efforts. Not sure who, but I take it on her word. I bought a dozen on this letter.

Owner has little customer service skills. Told me the bottle must have been opened improperly. It was a gift and I was unable to get the bottle back to him. I was asked to support locally in my town.... Not at this establishment
