The hipcity veg cheesesteak was better in their early years. I had it at two different suburban locations in the last year, and it was not good. Mostly it was very bland with the cheese glued throughout the seitan reminded me of something I 've made at home in the past that wasn 't great (bland overcooked taste). I think they 're using the wrong type of cheese for cheesesteak and the cooking technique could be improved also. The roll isn 't great either texturally, but it can be hard to source vegan bread, so it could pass if the ingredients were better. I score this Chick’n Sandwich a 7.5/10 : The chick’n was juicy and taste very similar to the real thing and the ranch sauce was spot on. The toasted bun helped keep the vegetables in place which has my vote because I’m not the biggest fan of a messy chick’n sandwich. Very good chick’n sandwich and I reckon you should definitely give it a try! Ingredients: Crispy chick'n, lettuce, onion, pickle, peppercorn ranch, toasted bun.
The preparation of my order at this restaurant was careless. Although it was delivered quickly, the French fries were cold and soggy at 6pm, and were haphazardly dumped and turned upside down in the bag. The sandwiches were also thrown and shoved into the bag, resulting in them being in bad shape before the bag was taped closed. The lack of care shown in handling the food gave off a sense of hostility towards their job.
Was pretty busy during my visit. Staff was very nice. I think they also lowered their prices from the last time I came to visit. I can't wait to come back. I would definitely recommend the chicken nuggets and cheesestake. Make sure you ask for sauces too

The sauce on the spicy crispy sandwich was underwhelming, but the crispy ranch sauce was more enjoyable. Adding the sriracha aioli to it really elevated the dish! The fries and onion rings were also delicious.
I recently tried this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic and delicious. I highly recommend it.
We had cheesesteaks, the ‘chicken’ Hip City ranch, Disco chik’n, sweet potato fries and drinks. All of the food was very good.
Delicious burgers and chickn sandwiches everything on the menu is 100% vegan. I want to try the shakes on the next visit.
