We drive all the way from the waterford area to get pizza here, it's our main pizza spot. I'm vegan, my husband is not, and it's the only place where both of us come away happy with pizza we can both eat. Seriously, worth the 30+ minute drive every single time. Besides having tons of vegan options, the sheer variety of toppings, pizzas and sides available literally can't be beat by any pizza chain I know. For what you get the prices are just right and we have never had a bad meal from this place. We got a large order for a seperate girls night/guys night for our friends, came away way cheaper than expected, food was ready on time and looked great. We forgot to mention our coupon and the rest...
If I could I would give them a zero star. So disappointed right now, especially when prices are up you want and should get a decent experience. The guy at the counter (although was nice) with the Indiana Jones hat dropped my breadsticks in the back. Was waiting for him to say something, I know a lot might think it happens and I agree but it was not address in any matter. However here is the problem with him not saying anything, no sauce because the container busted when he dropped it. So no sauce at all and by the time I got home the sauce went through the bag and onto my carpet in the car. So thanks hat guy for not saying anything and letting the sauce run out all over.Then on my BLT pizza...
the pizza here is really good, although the last few paints I ordered here for delivery, it was a disappointing experience. they left the brotsticks about a month ago from the order, but after calling on them they assured me that all I have to do is call out from the same number and they would contain the missing brotsticks. a friend of mine gave a command last night and mentioned the broths. when I said that I would have to call on from my phone about it to get it, I did it immediately, only to unfortunately talk out of a lazy and pretentious-sounding employee to hear how they can not simply be added to an order in progress (1 minute in progress to this time), I would have to call and place...
terrible customer service! only called to ask if the shop could add a small page of ranch to our $50 order, as it was not offered on the online menu, I had to call. I was ready to pay for the $1 sauce by phone. the man who answered was called keith, I tell you that I have never spoken dishonestly in my life. he also ended the call by hanging the phone on me while I spoke. I am seriously disappointed by a company that makes itself so cruel and mean by the love of peace. will never order here again to make sure that my friends are not.
Ordered a White Stripe pizza and a Caesar salad, was told they were out of croutons..no biggie, can I sub for a Greek salad? NOPE. Can't do it, can't be done. For some reason, they'd rather lose a customer over $1.00 then just sub out for a different item . Pizza was cold when it arrived, tried to call them but was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Read the reviews, they're telling the truth, customer service sucks. I'll never go back and I was literally there the day they opened.
They told me that the order would be ready in 40 minutes, but it wasn't close. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring it out.My wife ordered goat cheese on her pizza and, instead of adding it to her pizza, they subbed it, omitting the mozzarella cheese. My pizza, a Mediterranean, was just okay; the crust was soggy and fell apart.I'd look for someplace else.
