For this time we are disappointed. We went there on a Saturday noon and obviously everyone was overwhelmed. Slow and failing service despite the good will of the staff. Meat too cooked. Obligated to fetch the water carafe ourselves at the counter, almost at the end of the meal. We'll go back, but in the week.
Before you go to the Chesnayhipopotamus, make sure you are welcomed and served in the lower room because technical worries, no heating in the upper room... 13 degrees, it's very cool. Thank you for the commercial gesture, but we've been a bit short of our evening. Otherwise, service and nice atmosphere.
We like the choice on the map. The cooks and waiters were perfect because we ate great. Our mini flats: purées always arrive too warm (we would prefer warmer), and the mustard pot was empty before we used. But it didn't ruin our pleasure because we were regaled, and the staff was very professional.
