Hippopotamus - Reserva de mesa

We tried for the second time to go to dinner in this restaurant. The first time: no heating, closed restaurant, very unpleasant reception. The second time: sign off, closed curtains, no customer. servers sitting at the entrance playing on their phones. and in all negative opinions, we've turned the heels. Answer of the hippopotamus chain following my report on their fb page: thank you for your message. We are concerned about the wrongs that this establishment does to our teacher. this restaurant does not reflect the values of our brand, and we take this situation very seriously. That's why he's supposed to close his doors.

so yes it is a chain of restaurants, but this one is the worst I've ever done!! 1/3 of the card was not available, a waitress in overcoat and not overlooked. I ordered a tuna/tomate tartar and a burger, stirring. Tomatoes were not ripe, the type of Mayonnaise tuna was swimming in water. my burger arrives, meat too cooked and bacon ultra salty, all had a horrible taste of burn (see the cleanliness of the grill!). My husband takes a carpaccio, on which he misses half the seasoning. fortunately that bread and fries are good to fill a little belly. We avoid dessert. all for a price too high in the light of poor quality.

bones with tasteless marrow, a campagnard board that you could do at home as the white ham is put in piles without having taken the pain of separating the slices, you can still see very well the shape of the box in which it was. a skewer with pieces of meat full of nerves... and a really long waiting time to say there was no one. I really don't recommend this restaurant. Thankfully the waitresses keep a smile.

on Friday evening 24 February for a family meal with my little girl we take 4 hamburger 5th avenue to avoid bread burnt by the underside lard so cooked that it is beef leather without any flavor and liquid roquefort sauce like water brief no one has finished his plate to say that the fries not terrible either and the pompon when we notice it to the waiter, his only comment is if we want a dessert so Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm going for a business dinner. We didn't know if the restaurant was open or closed! The curtains closed and the sign off! but be careful if you decide to enter it anyway! the endless breaklist is displayed at the entrance! and you are given a copy with the cards! restaurant room with little light. we settled for 5 minutes and then we left!

a catastrophe, really. huge waiting even as the restaurant was empty, really not good meals, snails to drink 4l of fleet so they were salted! I put my feet there once, I was disappointed, I said, "Hop, I'll give them a chance. It was worse.
