Hippopotamus Bonneuil

I went to Hippopotamus on a Saturday evening! We went on a whim at the end of the evening, absolutely wanting the starter: poached egg with chorizo! We were not disappointed. We were well received and served quickly, we ate really well! There were very few people, for a Saturday evening, I don't know if we went after the rush or if since it's the holidays, there are fewer people, in any case, we were very happy! If I want to quibble: Hippopotamus takes holiday vouchers, but not electronically, it's a shame, even if it's a detail. Thanks again to the staff, smiling, available and very professional! very long reception, the waiter said hello and finished all his cocktails before he dignified us without even apologizing for the wait. we needed a baby chair, we're still waiting for us to be alone! He was unfriendly and in a hurry! the food was good for the chain, fries well crispy, cooking of the respected meats but waiting time endless for the order, to be served, rid of, to get the addition. Fortunately waitresses were much more enjoyable than their colleague, which catches up with waiting and coffees were offered to us.

pleasant restaurant, quite quiet, the staff is welcoming and listening what unfortunately is not always the case in the restoration. products are of quality. the card is very provided, but the menu lacks diversity and does not renew itself regularly. good experience overall and good time, as always.
