Extremely disappointed by my experience of the day. I loved to go to this restaurant for years because we had always had a very good time there, we even sympathized with the boss who was very pleasant and welcoming. The servers were also always on top. Today I order a meal in click and collect on the official hippo site. I pay my order online, it told me that the order is validated, paid and I am given a schedule to get it back. So I go to the restaurant: the boss tells me that he doesn’t have my order.
