I'm a bit taken aback by some of the recent reviews here, as I've consistently enjoyed the sushi every time we've dined at this restaurant. Is it the best or freshest sushi I’ve ever had? Certainly not, especially considering we’re in a small town in rural Western Colorado! I've experienced better sushi in places like New York City and Los Angeles, but we aren't exactly near an ocean here. Plus, I paid significantly more at those locations. The food at this restaurant is outstanding and made by a welcoming family. I really enjoyed my visit and plan to return. The service was excellent, and I had dinner there. The price per person typically ranges from $20 to $30. I would give the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Rocky Mountain Roll.
Despite the restaurant being empty when I first arrived, more guests quickly followed. The food was surprisingly good for a landlocked state. I enjoyed albacore, yellowtail, tuna, and miso soup—all of which were fantastic and served promptly. The staff was gracious, and the owner appeared honest and genuinely caring.
This restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the tofu and sweet roll, while my partner opted for the salmon peach bowl. We had no complaints whatsoever and relished every bite. To top off our meal, we indulged in strawberry and green tea mochi ice cream. I can't wait to return to this place soon!

Although the restaurant was empty when I arrived, the guests followed me. The food was better than I expected in a locked state. I had Albacore, yellow tail, tuna and soup. Everything was wonderful and punctual. The staff was gracious and the owner seems honest and well maintained.
This family-owned restaurant serves outstanding, incredibly fresh sushi. The dining area is impeccably clean and features minimalist Japanese decor. When it comes to dietary restrictions, the staff was attentive, listened carefully, and made sure to accommodate my needs.
I had a fantastic experience dining on sushi with my granddaughter. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We went for dinner, and the cost per person was around $20-30. I highly recommend trying the Montrose Roll, California Roll, and Spicy Edamame.
Worst Sushi ever had. The fish in the roll did not taste fresh. Rolls were so badly done, they fell apart when they were picked up. The Tempuragemüse was good. The food was expensive for what you have.

Ordered a poke bowl to go and this is what I got. No sauce. No sesame seed. No other vegetables. 11/10 would not recommend.
