We were 6 people for lunch, great ambience, nice round table. Very pleasant, humorous, competent service. Ulka looked after us perfectly all around. The wines were very good, the CHEMIN DE FER 2017 from Luc Massy's magnum with a fine first ripeness. The Bollinger champagne has beautiful bubbles and the finest aromas. Served in the perfect Bollinger glass. As a red wine, we enjoyed the Merlot/Cabernet Franc from Frères Dutruy from Founex. With Bordeaux style and the signature of the winemaker from Switzerland, it goes wonderfully with beef fillet. A recommendation to buy directly from the winemaker. A small downside is the wine calculation; for red wine, factor 4 seems steep to me. In addition, glass culture still has upward potential for wine prices. We enjoyed the 4 course menu. The flexibility of the kitchen is very positive; we really appreciated the openness to adapt the main course. The menu was a culinary journey of pleasure, bravo. Here too, Albi's motto of only using the best products is true, with the exception of the fries, which also have upward potential at this price level (complaining at a high level). Should be fresh and homemade. I can recommend the restaurant at any time and we will come back.
