It's a coincidence that came by a tour today. I have to say it was a very good decision to return to the gravel mill. Super nice people there, very good food, all fresh and from the region, handmade and even the sauce for the clot is without pulp. And you taste that. By the way: even the late zle tasted me very good as Schwoab; So, stop for a short time with the bike, who is on the way with canoe on the Wiesent, take a break with change, or all hikers, climbers, boulders, cave types simply stop and enjoy. ... also very sympathetic: You will be removed as the gravel mill is located in a non-mobile radio-protected corner of the valley! And you're talking to each other at the tables!
Wir sind zufällig bei einer Wanderung vorbei gekommen und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Gutes Bier, leckere Brotzeit und sehr nette Menschen. Außerdem kann man hier übernachten an einem historischen Ort. Schön das ihr diesen Ort erhaltet. Ich finde es toll, dass es Menschen wie euch gibt. Danke dafür. Die Öffnungszeiten sind so wie ich das verstanden habe nur alle zwei Wochen am Wochenende. Also sich am besten davor auf der Webseite schlau machen.
Far from receiving electronic messages in a lovingly maintained hostel, I could spend three wonderful days in Franconian Switzerland. It will certainly not be the last: Achim and his team will not only provide guests with delicious food, but also with pleasant company. The surrounding nature does its rest. Did the gravel mill accidentally discovered and then just returned. Sauerbs and brunettes should be after a short look through the map then. The food was fast at the table and super good. The service very friendly and the price/performance ratio absolutely fine. If you are in the Wiesenttal area, the Schottersmühle is worth a visit.

We celebrated our formation reunion: Forever-Young-and-Crazy in the Schottersmühle and all spent a wonderful weekend. Thanks to Heidi and Achim and the whole team for many unforgettable hours
