Hitchin Coffee Lab

Lovely spot with excellent coffee, so my boyfriend tells me. I just come for the cake and little lemony things that look like baby croissants? Yep. Don't eat one or you'll never stop and there's loads of flavours. Cute place, friendly staff. Recommend.

I visited Hitchin Coffee Lab today and couldn't decide which cake to try, so I let the owner choose for me. I was not disappointed—the cake was delicious and the choice was fantastic. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be returning!

I love the coffee lab,in my opinion they sell the best cappucinos and I have had a few in many other coffee shops.Also the chocolate brownies are to die for.
