decided to switch our sushi routines and tried Hokkaido Sushi Teppan. You have a great happy hour appetizer and sushi specialties including one of my favorites, Takoyaki, which was cooked for perfection with a creamy interior, super delicate octopus bites inside, and a generous portion of Bonito flakes above (only what it was missing was the Mayo above). I tried the Hibachi (they have the tables for the show, but they serve it sans-show on the regular table side) and the steak was perfectly cooked medium rarely, the scallops still tender, and about $5 cheaper than cove (although Kobe?s soup, ginger dressing, noods and white sauce are still king). Japanese food is one of my favorite cuisines and I particularly love Sushi. I recently heard a lot of good comments about Hokkaido Sushi Teppanyaki in Winter Springs. Two days ago, 10/14/2020, I finally had a chance to try many different types of sushi from there while celebrating a successful business deal with my clients. I got blown away by the large varieties, great taste, and the freshness of the sushi. Great prices when comparing with their generous portion and great quality of the seafood. My favorite items are: fatty salmon, raw scallop and shrimp sushi which are rare found. I've been coming here for over 8 years, and I've never been disappointed. This is definitely my favorite restaurant. I've celebrated birthday parties, enjoyed lunches, held meetings, and gathered with family here. Leo and all the staff are truly exceptional in what they do.

The service is consistently excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the sushi rolls are always fantastic. Our favorites are the Hawaii Roll and Mango Tango. We're so glad to have our favorite sushi and hibachi place so close to home!
