The vanilla toasted almond scone was the best baked good I’ve had in a long time. Earlier in the week I stopped in; had the scone and a chai latte, which was also great bc they make their own mix. That scone tho…. Today I got take out with my mom and my aunt and we all enjoyed our sandwiches. My aunt got the vanilla almond scone and I tried the blueberry. Outstanding again. If I ever need a dessert for an event this is where I’ll go for sure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very impressive. Updated from previous review on 2022 05 06

There was a sandwich with the same name as my partner, unique spelling and everything. It was delicious! The desserts seemed specially made for me and met all the right notes. I would have bought them from any contract they had, if I hadn't felt guilty to robbing all the others that day. The one gatorade taste they had before them was my absolute favorite, and I feel like it's one I hardly see anywhere. The staff was friendly and vaguely familiar.

I visit this place nearly every weekend! It's definitely underrated by the vegan community, but it's one of the best options out there. My omnivorous dad absolutely loves it and recommends it to all his non-vegan friends and family. My favorites include the Smaragd Isle mint cream cake, chocolate chip muffins, gluten-free red velvet cupcakes, potato salad, and all the breakfast sandwiches! We were so looking forward to trying out this new café, and it did not disappoint. The menu is huge and they have lots of bakery items available. The Cheeseburger Soup we had was DELICIOUS, as were the breakfast wrap and sandwich. The cakes in a jar are moist and flavourful, and the chocolate croissants were flaky and buttery. It’s so great seeing more 100 vegan places pop up in Rochester. Holly cake is such a great addition. All of the desserts looked amazing, I got a cookie but need to come back to try more desserts. My partner and I both ordered sandwiches in addition to a side of hash browns. The hash browns remind me of the ones I used to get from fast food places as a kid, which were so good! It’s so great to have a vegan version of those.

Found the Hollycake House while visiting Rachacha. All vegan bakery options, breakfast and lunch sammies. Highly recommend the Venetian breakfast sandwich: super delicious. Muffins were excellent too. High marks to the staff, all super friendly and welcoming. You have to put Hollycake House on your list, if you’re local I bet you’ll be back and so will I !
