Holly's Gourmet Market Cafe

This is a vegan perspective, so take it or leave it. It appears that there used to be some interesting dishes for vegans, but that is no longer the case. Unless you are looking for a salad, vegans should dine elsewhere. I did ask what vegan options were just to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I ended up choosing a bagel and the hummus. The hummus was bland. The bagel was a standard bagel. I got a fruit cup, it was fine. My americano was pretty good. Service was ok. The restaurant was super cold. There is really no reason for me to return.

The food was outstanding. My mom ordered the Hollyhock Quiche, which she absolutely adored, while I had the special sandwich of the day: a jerk chicken wrap with mango salsa and arugula, accompanied by grits on the side. Everything was incredibly delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the cold brew—I enjoyed it so much that I had to order a second! We loved it so much that we recommended it for breakfast with my brother and his family the next day, and it was just as fantastic! I highly recommend checking it out; you won’t be disappointed!

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I tried the "toad in a hole," which featured avocado relish and Brie eggs on homemade toasted bread—so tasty! The portion sizes were generous, and we even ended up needing a to-go box. Don’t miss their incredible candy bacon! It's a wonderful place, and I can't wait to go back soon!

This place has a cool atmosphere and friendly staff, but it's very pricey for what you get. It seems like every substitution has an upcharge. The chicken and waffles is $13, and it was basically just a floppy waffle with a chicken tender on it. In my experience, you can find better breakfast for a better price elsewhere. Great place to stop and get breakfast or lunch, staff were friendly and fast. Place was clean and tidy inside, No Waiting on getting seated or served. Nice variety and variations on the usual Country breakfast etc. Plenty of parking and decent prices.

We were on a short trip to Knoxville and managed to stop here twice! The service was so friendly and the food was classic and delicious.
