Holy Cow - Reservar una mesa

I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to Holy Cow on Elmont left me no choice but to share my experience. I was looking forward to trying their burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches, but the encounter was underwhelming, to say the least.Firstly, the customer service was appalling. When I asked a simple question for clarification about the menu, the staff member, particularly a lady at the counter, responded with such rudeness and condescension that it left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Customer service is the heart of any food establishment, and being spoken to as if I was an idiot is unacceptable.Secondly, their inventory management was a mess. After placing my order and paying, I was informed that an item was out of stock. Rather than being notified beforehand or offered a substitute, I was told that the manager would give a refund the next day. This process was not only inconvenient but also lacked transparency, as I received no receipt or proof for this promised refund.Moving on to the food another letdown. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, not providing value for money. But what truly marred the experience was the temperature of the food. Both the fries and the chicken sandwich were soggy and cold, stripping away any potential enjoyment from the meal.I cannot recommend this place, and I will never visit again.Rating: (1/5 Stars)

I guess having customer service is not their concern or mission for their business/location. I realized my order was ordered with regular cheese and I asked if they can remake the order with vegan cheese as I am allergic to dairy and they would not do so. I will never return and I’m surely getting my money back from my credit card. I also recommend they make it known of cheese options since they have meatless options.

Seems like the guys are busy in the back cooking/preparing and no one handling the front. While all the items were there in the order...some item had missing condiments so just check. Food was good just like other holy cow locations. Plenty of seating.

The food here is way too expensive for the prices. Definitely don't recommend coming here unless you can afford a small 13$ small burger. One time I also got burnt bun.

Good place to try some burgers, they do have vegetarian options too, street parking unless you find a parking next to police booth.
