the holznerhütte lies directly at the vertex of the donnerkogelbahn and kopfbergbahn. in winter the hell will be off.In our holiday we visited the holznerhütte two times - that says a lot.The service was very friendly and gave good tips and info.In the first evening we had gamssoup - very tasty. and also gamsrückenfilet. also very tasty and a new taste. was excellently prepared. At the second dinner we had wild pastries and a cream soup made of red beet. Sensationell! Then a bisonsteak and again a sensational wild boar scoop filled / panned with e.g. cornflakes. just delicious! we were thrilled! very delicious

the local was semi-full and the service did not come after 3 times the challenge.The table was not cleared and when the waiter came he did our please pick up an order with a dismissing hand movement and cleared the side table. we left the local very annoyed. we can't tell about eating and drinking, so far we didn't come.

Leider war das nicht so gut. Das Essen war nicht so lecker und es wirkt leider sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Es wurde kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Personal nicht sonderlich begeistert das man essen wollte, sehr gestresst und insgesamt leider nicht sehr einladend.

I ate roasted wild boar with Chanterelles, plums and pears, boiled roasted potatoes and salad. Everything was very delicious. The service is also perfect.
