We were told about this wooden-oven pizza place few years ago. We gave it a try then, I remember having to send the pizza back for the first time in my life (over 50). Whoever was baking pizza that day believed that “bamming” oregano on top of fresh mozzarella would gain him an Italian passport. Wrong. Just Disgusting. What a waste of a wooden-oven. Well, we had to re-visit it few days ago not by choice, but a group invitation. I am happy for the place, they have expanded and renovated. I am happy for myself, I didn’t have to pay for it and never will. This time the pizza was served with splashes of “unnamable” strange gooey greenish sauce. Something garlicky and disgusting, couldn’t get it...
Sind hier öfters zu Gast und kommen immer wieder gerne! Seit Renovierung vor ein paar Jahren speist man in enem modernisierten Ambiente oder auf einer schönen Terrasse im Sommer. Die Atmosphäre ist locker, familiär und kinderfreundlich. Location ist super gelegen an einem kleinen See, so dass man nach dem Essen noch einen kleinen Verdauungsspaziergang machen kann. Der Service ist recht schnell und freundlich, vorallem hervorzuheben ist eine immer gut gelaunte, humorvolle junge Dame, welche einem das Gefühl gibt nicht nur herzlich willkommen zu sein, sondern quasi auch Teil der Familie zu sein.Die Speisekarte bietet viele gewohnte italienische Speisen, auch diese ist mit ihren vielen Rechtsch...
I am in love with this place. It has a main restaurant that is quite nice. The food and drink is delicious! A great place for couples to have a romantic evening, but it is also family friendly. In fact, one of the cooks had his son in a stroller and all of the staff took turns caring for the baby! If you are not looking for a meal you can walk into the woods closer to the Seewoog lake and find a little shack that serves drinks and crepes. There is also a playground for children and many outdoor tables. It is overall a great experience for the whole family!
Been here loads of times food is always good. With a large group we pre-ordered and as to be expected it did not all arrive at the same time but it was not really an issue given the numbers. Food in this restaurant was not the best. Pasta was too hard and sauce too salty. But I liked the place very much, its neat and light interior and cosy atmosphere. Also staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our dinner there. As my friend was satisfied with his pizza I may give it another chance.
