We recently dined at Home Block for their wine-paired three-course dinner and had an excellent experience. Our group of six enjoyed both the service and the food immensely. We started with a shared platter of burrata and prosciutto, which was absolutely scrumptious. For my appetizer, I chose the featured beef carpaccio, and for my main course, I enjoyed the bass. We enjoyed a bottle of wine that was simply fantastic. The highlight of our visit was definitely the service from our bartender, Aedan. At just 22 years old, he handled the bar with great skill! As restaurant owners ourselves, we would gladly hire him if we had the opportunity. He was friendly, efficient, and offered excellent recommendations for other dining options in Kelowna. The only downside to our experience was the appetizer, which was largely due to our misunderstanding of the menu and a bit of garlic toast that was over-charred. After a wonderful tasting this afternoon, we called home to see if we could reserve a table for dinner tonight, and they happily obliged. Dinner was outstanding! We chose the three-course meal with a wine pairing. They also offered a few additional dishes that weren’t on the menu, which was great for me as a pescatarian, as it gave me more options to choose from. I had lunch at Home Block and opted for the two-course meal with wine pairings, which exceeded my expectations. Both the food and wine were outstanding. It’s commonly said that wine should embody its region, and I could truly taste the essence of British Columbia in both the wine and the dishes. The restaurant is gorgeous, and I highly recommend dining on the covered terrace if the weather is nice—it boasts stunning views. I also want to commend the waitstaff for their prompt service and friendly attitude.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant a few nights ago during a corporate event. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. We chose a five-course meal called "Trust the Chef." My only slight issue was that the prime rib had a bit too much horseradish for my liking. I also really enjoyed the wine pairings suggested for each course. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic! We went for a wine tasting, and it far surpassed our expectations. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable, delivering top-notch service. The ambiance felt like we were in a friend's living room. Plus, the views of Okanagan Lake were breathtaking.
