We always eat at Home Cookin' when we stay in Llandudno and have always enjoyed the food. We booked in advance for three nights for our last trip and on the first night our meal was very disappointing. The turkey roast was swimming in gravy ,far too much so that the food was spoilt. On the second night the food was ok, on the third night the pork, which on the first night had come with sauce in a little jug arrived just as the turkey did swimming in sauce and ruined. We requested the gravy in a separate jug this time but as the mushroom sauce had come in a jug two nights earlier we hadn't thought there was a need to request it! I have been to home cookin today with my partner and it's the best roast beef dinner I have ever had and I've had some roast dinners,from when we entered to when we finished was superb,the staff where polite and helpful in every way.the slices of beef just melted,the veg was cooked to perfection and the roasters well they was something else,my partner had the lamb and that was just has good.i tried the Wrexham lager which too my surprise was very good has I didn't know what to expect.i would recommend this place to everybody but I would book has they was turning people away due to the popularity of the place,we was very lucky we didn't book and went there for 16.40 and got a table.this littl...
came over this beautiful place while we were looking for somewhere to eat in llandudno, was a bit worried after we overhear other customers that we would not sit without a booking, but we very fortunately sit immediately. the staff was very friendly and helpful and eating was amazing, still thinking about my beautiful sweetheart and mashing. the best masque I ever had, and the gravitation has taken it perfectly. desserts were also very generous and all had to defeat and leave a lot because we simply couldn't manage them. in a few weeks back to the opposite and will come back definitiw, with a booking this time only for the case.
Had a beautiful meal here. Perfectly cooked fish and an amazing courgette soup were my highlights! Good bottle of red reasonably priced. We sat outside as we had our dog with us. Dog was made welcome. Our little boy had the children’s menu which came with crayons which was a nice touch. As well as the food being delicious we were served by a very attentive friendly waitress (tall with glasses), she knew all about the food and had good attention to detail. We had a great meal at Home Cooking. We went on a Tuesday evening and hadn’t booked in advance, but they managed to fit us in. Service was friendly and efficient on the food was very nice. We had a main-course and pudding. Our favourite was the home-made meringue with me with morello cherries – delicious.
