I've found out about this place when it initially open. Though I do not come in here as often as I would like. My experiences here has always been a great one. The staffs were very welcoming and I appreciate the fact that the owner still recognizes me despite me stopping by once in a blue moon. In addition to that, the cold brew they served here suits my taste perfectly. Today I tried their Turf Breakfast Sandwich and I must say it is delicious! I'm definitely going to start coming here a lot more often. Enough said. Keep doing what y'all doing.
Absolutely, let's go! This cash-only bakery serves amazing bánh mì sandwiches for just $5. While their selection is small, it's definitely satisfying. I tried the cold cut and the char siu pork, both were fantastic! You can choose between 'spicy or not spicy,' which means they add a green pepper and cilantro; I personally love the spicy option, but I know some folks aren’t fans of cilantro. Just a heads up—make sure to arrive before 3 PM!
The bread is delivery daily, the oriental-style subs are inexpensive at 4.65, and You can pretty much get a combination of any of the meats, shredded veggies and condiments and oils you wish for them to put together on it. The only bad thing is there's only two tables and pretty much no parking, however, the food is great...
I stopped on a whim at 7 a.m. and got the only thing ready on the counter what I learned later is Vietnamese honeycomb cake. It was still warm, and it was amazing. It's hard to describe: not really cake, not a muffin, and not vanilla pudding; but some kind of combination of all three. I'm in love.

Good baked goods, and tasty sandwiches in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The baked goods have a warm homemade feeling and the service was fast and pleasant. Very good option if you're looking for a well made coffee and great service desserts and baked goods. We will be coming back.
Fantastic customer service! I requested them to 'deconstruct' my order of 20 banh mi, and they did it without any hesitation. They even gave me extra butter for free! I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Chau Bakery!
We came here for breakfast and the food and drinks were delicious. The place had a great atmosphere and the employees were very friendly.
The service is consistently quick, excellent character, friendly employees. Will return here again when I arrive in the area.

Love this place fresh French bread, very close to real Parisian baguette. The Bahn Mi sandwich is the best in the city.
I really recommend the bread pudding. The pastries are delicious and the atmosphere is very cute!
