When I went to pick up a ham, the specific size I had reserved was not available. When I asked to speak with the manager, she responded aggressively and spoke to me disrespectfully, which was very upsetting. She basically told me to take it or leave it. I will never return to this location and hope they improve their customer service. As someone with years of experience in customer service, I found their behavior completely unacceptable. In the end, I had to accept the available size despite my reservation and left. I will not be coming back to this store.
The woman who took my sandwich order seemed like I was interrupting her work. With nearly 30 years in customer service, I can easily read those signals. Perception is everything in business. Usually, the young women who have helped me during previous visits were very friendly. I hadn’t seen this woman at this location before. Aside from that, Honey Baked Ham offers excellent quality food, which I would definitely rate five stars.
I visited this restaurant two days before Thanksgiving and encountered a long line that took nearly an hour to get through. I purchased a 10-pound honey-baked ham and smoked turkey. The ham was tasty, and the turkey was great for making sandwiches. My total bill came to $88.00.

Come here to pick up half a ham for Thanksgiving. Best ham out there, make sure to check for coupons before the Puchasing! They always have them on their website, and I could save $7.
They have to find a better way to serve people during the holidays, it's a way too long of a wait even if it reserved previously. Too expensive and no in store coupons.
Amazing! There's nothing quite like Virginia ham. Since we are on the West Coast, the Honey Ham Shop is the next best thing. Give it a try—you'll love it. Delicious!
