Honey-jam Cafe - Reserva de mesa

I have never had any issues at any of the honey Jam locations but this time my husband, daughter and I were dinning in 6/6/21 and for the most part the food looked good but they bacon cold and extremely burnt and dry and the pancakes were completely hard around the edges. In my opinion they both had been sitting in the kitchen and was not made fresh. So I asked them for fresh bacon for my daughter and I and fresh pancakes. First time at this location and I was extremely disappointed. First, our breakfast took long to arrive. when it finally arrived it was cold. I ask for my food to be microwaved and the server offered me another plate, but, again my food was cold and this time the patties were extremely dry and overcooked. Update 6/6 This place has been slipping. The food quality seems to have been sliding downhill, even before covid. The last few times I've been, the eggs have been undercooked. The white was almost clear. My husband said his food didn't quite taste right. Like it was sitting out for a while. Service is always good. Our wait staff has always been exceptional. OMG UNBELIEVABLE, we went there for breakfast for my son's birthday. He wanted to have chicken tenders, so we ordered them. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! The best chicken tenders we ever had!!! All the food was great, but the surprise of the year was the tenders. Great job! Will be coming for sure! Reserva una mesa ahora

Not a fan. Came in for a carry-out. Told it wasn't ready. Was told to sit and wait. After 15 min., not ready. After 30 min., went to check again. It had been ready but nobody brought it to me. Breakfast was cold and just bad! Will never go back!

I like their Mexican omelette and waffles. Service is okay but still this place may consider some improvements such as unlimited coffee refill. After all, it is over 3 dollars for a cup of coffee.

Food and service was great!! I had a strawberry watermelon lemonade mimosa that was AMAZING!! I will definitely be going back soon.
