I ordered a couple of pizzas, a gyro, and some chicken for around $70. About 45 minutes after the expected delivery time, our neighbor from down the street knocked to let us know our order had been left outside their house. Everything was completely cold. When I contacted the restaurant, I was met with a very dismissive attitude—they said they would ask the driver to improve next time and then quickly asked if I needed anything else. I expected more pride and responsibility from the staff. If they don't care about delivering cold food, what else might they be neglecting?
Honeyspot Pizza 5 is hands down the best pizza I’ve discovered in the area! I traveled from Norwalk for a vet visit with my pet and just had to stop in. The pizza is incredible, and the calzones are loaded with cheese, perfectly crispy, and include delicious ricotta. This is truly top-notch Italian food. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the neighborhood. What an amazing place!

We frequently order takeout from the Honey Spot, but this past Tuesday, I was overcharged by $7. They offer a special on plain pizza for $9.32 on Mondays and Tuesdays, but when I called to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff member told me he was too busy to remember and that I should have requested the special price. This level of customer service is quite disappointing.
The Sicilian pizza at Honeyspot Pizza 5 is absolutely unforgettable, and I’m not even usually a fan of thick crusts. I ordered it by accident because Slice messed up my order, but it was incredible—I’m literally dreaming about this pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, just going to order directly from their menu next time instead of using Slice.

The delivery driver brought my order to the wrong address despite clear instructions, and the pizza was disappointing. On top of that, I found a hair in the cheese pizza. I won’t be ordering from Honeyspot Pizza 5 again.

I often order the cheese pizza at Honeyspot Pizza 5, and it’s fantastic with its authentic New York-style thin crust. The quality is always excellent, and the staff is consistently very friendly.
where do I start? when they get delivery, the cheese on the side doesn't come on. they charge an additional fee for using a credit card (illegal in connecticut). they are as rude as possible.
