It is not easy to find authentic Hong Kong cuisine. First of all, not when it comes to typical dishes from the Hong Kong Cafés. It is something very extraordinary and naturally necessary for reconciliation. But you would definitely have tried it because the noodle soups differ greatly from the now known Japanese. Both have advantages and disadvantages. But the interesting thing about Hong Kong Dim is that you can determine the supplements to the noodle soup yourself and can therefore come to zig combinations. I was here for the first time today. But it won't be my last time. Also try a typical drink from Hong Kong, Dung Yien Yeung. This is coffee mixed with tea. Very delicious.
The noodle soup was great! It's for everyone! What I liked was the wan Tans in the soup! I definitely recommend it to everyone! These consist of shrimp and pork. What was great was the drinks. The lemon honey tea tastes both warm and cold. Homemade iced tea is also a good option!
Really excellent food for friends of Hong Kong cuisine. Really authentic, delicious dishes and delicious drinks. Everything at really good prices. We were particularly pleased about the hospitality of the boss. Hong Kong Dim certainly didn't see us for the last time.
Edit: Mehrmals wurden die Preise angezogen, nun 3 Toppings in Suppe 15€, vorher unter 10€ sorry aber für den täglichen Mittagstisch ! nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Leckere Suppe, die man sich selber zusammenstellen kann, kann man als Mittagessen ganz gut essen

Familiary atmosphere and probably quite authentic. Whoever likes soup is right here. You can easily assemble the soup yourself, the selection is large, the portions very neat. Something different from the normal Chinese one. Good price/performance ratio.
Very authentic and delicious! The noodle soup can be made from traditional ingredients, but there are also other traditional dishes from Hong Kong. Very nice attentive staff who pay strict and exemplary attention to compliance with the Corona rules.
So delicious soup had with good advice from the extremely nice seller! Eat such soup for the first time. Portion with 3 toppings was more than just getting tired. There was also a homemade milk tea. Very good!
Authentic, friendly and mega tasty. The best soups in Cologne! The pasta dishes are also great. And I am very often traveling throughout Asia. You should try! Have fun

Good value for money. We had a soup and fried noodles. Both vegetarian fried noodles I found better than the soup. Had more taste than vegetarian variant
