Visited this awesome intimate restaurant this past Sunday oh so glad we did. The owner Peter gave us so much insight into the history of Chinese tea; how/where certain leaves are picked, how many decades ago and then the best part was the actual experience!! Then came our food; I had the ‘Supreme of the Sea’ and so mad I forgot to take a pic of my plate. Everything was super fresh, perfectly seasoned and well worth every penny!! We also had the ‘2010 Queen tea’ and Peter explained exactly how to sip and enjoy each ounce and the feeling after was lovely. I went to Hong Kong Fusion with a few people from work who had previously been here. I was really anxious to try the food and experience the Tea. Peter, the owner is a super nice guy and cares deeply about his customers. He spent a lot of timeeducating us on the various teas and the history behind them. His service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered acouple appetizers along with egg rolls and our entrees. I am telling you everything we ordered tasted great. The egg rolls arelike no other I have eaten. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and love the food and tea. Highly recommend.
The tea at this restaurant is exceptional. All options are delicious, so I suggest trying a few. The owner is clearly passionate about his work, which is reflected in the high quality of everything. The food is excellent! I always leave completely satisfied when I come here. I have visited multiple times since my first review, and the quality is consistently outstanding. Don't miss out on trying the tea, it is truly a fantastic experience. Another update: The food and tea are still as amazing as always, of the highest quality.
My wife and I just had a most amazing experience here for dinner. The dinner was wonderful, delicious and fresh, both the beef she had and the sesame ahi tuna I had were fantastic. But non of that compared to the experience of the traditional tea offered by our most friendly host. He was truly an expert on traditional Chinese tea, and made our whole evening a special event. Don't miss out on this experience, it is one we won't soon forget!

I recently had the best meal in a long time at this restaurant. I ordered the beef fried rice and also tried the tea. The rice was delicious and full of flavor, while the tea was a refreshing palate cleanser. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits and will definitely return again.
The owner Peter is a master with Tea! The food is absolutely amazing and the taste is great! No sauces necessary!! BUT THE TEA!! Some places you do wine tasting but here you do tea tasting and pairing!! Ask Peter what tea goes best with your meal! No sugar added!!
Best food I've had in a long time. Had gotten the beef fried rice and tried out the tea. The rice was nice and full of flavor and the tea was a nice and refreshing palate cleanser. Definitely would keep this place in mind and definitely would go backhere again.
Very welcoming place. Food is amazing. The owner gives you sincere hospitality. He knows about his tea! They serve tea in a wine glass with perfect temperature. If you like seafood, must order crabmeat wantons! All the food is excellent!

I went to this restaurant tonight for dinner with my fiancé. The service was fantastic and the selection of teas was delightful and enjoyable to sip on. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
Excellent service and delicious food. The salmon is some of the best I’ve had, and cooked to perfection.
